Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

We deliver to the UK and try to keep your costs as low as possible. We base our cost on the weight and size of the package, and all orders over £20 are delivered FREE of charge. All packages are shipped 1st Class within 48hrs. 

We work hard to ensure you always receive your delivery in a timely manner however some delays are outside of our control and we would ask that you allow up to a maximum of 20 working days for your order to get you. 

 

The postage charge is applied automatically, and is as follows:

• Letter - £2

• Small Parcel - £4

• Free Shipping - All orders over £20

USA Shipping

Orders to the USA are shipped using a priority service, they are shipped within 48hrs and the cost is based on the weight of the parcel. 

We work hard to ensure you always receive your delivery in a timely manner however some delays are outside of our control and we would ask that you allow up to a maximum of 20 working days for your order to get you. 

 

The postage charge will be applied automatically, and is as follows:

• Up to 100g       -  £10

• 101g to 250g   - £14

• 251g to 500g   - £18

• 501g to 1kg      - £25

• 1.01kg to 2kg   - £29

• 2.01kg to 5kg   - £35

• 5.01kg to 10kg - £55

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns require approval from The Natural Healer prior to being made. Please ensure you have contacted us before making any return. We reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is made outside of the 30 day period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are considered:

• Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are outside of the UK, refunds are applied at the then currency exchange rate, not the rate at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item where it is possible and available, send us an email at info@the-natural-healer.co.uk and send your item to: Hill Farmhouse, Warden Road, Presteigne, POW, LD8 2NL, United Kingdom.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will be contacted about your return.

 

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hill Farmhouse, Warden Road, Presteigne, POW, LD8 2NL, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for you returning a product and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
